  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7-14 days of receiving the item, and we will arrange for a return, exchange, or refund.

  • Custom Orders: Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
